The Angry Toaster: Now With More STI
In 2015, the author purchased a 2004 Forester XT and initiated extensive modifications, transforming it into an OEM+ Forester STI. Despite theft setbacks, they enhanced performance with an EJ257 engine, JDM parts, and a 6-speed STI transmission. The build ultimately resulted in a reliable, powerful daily driver, producing 380awhp.
